At Bird Collective, we want you to love your gear as much as you love birding. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
